Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.

Customs, Duties & Import Taxes
For orders shipped outside the United Kingdom, please be aware that your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees imposed by the destination country. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.
Lost or Delayed Orders
